Three 6,000 Litre Cooling vessels recently manufactured
and installed on site.
The vessel contents were agitated by a anchor type mixer, with additional high shear mixer available when required.
The high shear mixer being removed from the vessel by an electric hoist suspended from the steel work shown.
30,000 Litre Reactor finished, ready for protective packaging before despatch to site.
The above picture shows the agitator fitted, with intermediate stays to protect the shaft from deflection during transport and installation on site.
30,000 Litre Reactor designed & manufactured to PD5500 Cat 2, from Stainless 316L material.
Positioned and bolted to a purpose built concrete plinth, allowing the fitting of the agitator and correct positioning of the steady bearing on the bottom dish.
Once complete, the vessel is hydraulically pressure tested in position.
